Trina
Trina Marie Phillips writes science fiction stories. Novels are in the works, but short stories have been the mainstay of her success so far. Her work has appeared in Orson Scott Card's Intergalactic Medicine Show and AE: The Canadian Science Fiction Review.
By day, Trina manages a frame shop in Los Angeles near West Hollywood, sometimes dealing with Oscar winning actors, directors and the like, sometimes not – but the clientele always make it interesting.
When she can, she likes to travel to places that are as different from home as possible, a guide book in one hand and a sense of adventure in the other. Ghana and China have been Trina's most exciting trips so far. If all goes well, she'll be visiting Cambodia for four weeks in late 2014. This summer she'll be attending the Taos Toolbox workshop run by Walter Jon Williams and Nancy Kress. Stay posted for travel details.
You can find Trina on Twitter, and Facebook, or at her personal website.
